G&G was created and designed to offer business owners and entrepreneurs financing options for new and existing businesses. G&G contracts with a number of private lending institutions in order to provide a source of funding for well-conceived business projects. Funding options include traditional collateralized loans, hard money loans, and joint venture equity investments.

Our process includes an introductory review of business plans and financial's free of any fees or charge. After initial review, G&G may or may not require further due diligence on site or through partner lenders/investment groups. Due diligence and review is followed by a direct link to the funding source, at which time a proposal may be made for terms on financing the project in question.
